Weekend/Holiday Nights: 
Green House: $135/night; New House:$125/night;
Garden Studio:$65/night. Two night minimum on weekends; Three night minimum on holiday weekends.

Week Nights:

Green House: $130/night; New House: $120/night;
Garden studio: $60/night. These rates are for single or double occupancy. Additional adult $10/night, children under 18 are free.

Weekly Rates:
Green House: $730/week; New House: $680/week.
They usually rent from Sunday afternoon to the following Sunday noon.

Breakage and Cleaning Deposit:
$35 on Green and New House, refundable if left neat and no smoking has taken place inside.

County Tax:
There is a 11% county tax on all the above rates. 

Cancellation Policy:
Two week cancellation notice for a full refund minus a $15.00 cancellation fee.  If less notice, we refund only if we rent.

Accommodations & Rental Information:

The Green and New Houses are completely furnished, including coffeemaker, toaster, pots, & pans, dishes, utensils etc.

We do not provide housekeeping services during your stay.

Sheets and towels are provided for the daily rates, but the guest coming for a week must supply all sheets and towels.

Smoking outside only please!

There is no TV, telephone, or garage with any of the rentals.

Check-out time is noon

We provide firewood.

Reservations:
To reserve a cottage or the Garden Studio, one half of the rent is required  as deposit plus the appropriate breakage and cleaning deposit. The remainder of the rent plus the 11% county bed tax is due on your arrival.  If you wish to make a reservation call us at (707) 937-0866 . Then send your deposit, which must reach us within one week after your reservation. Visa/MC accepted. A confirmation will then be mailed to you.
